A tragic incident unfolded when a Texas mother fatally shot a 14-year-old allegedly attempting a home break-in, as reported by Fort Worth police.
The woman had alerted 911 earlier to report an attempted burglary, and shortly after this call, another call was made by the same woman reporting the shooting incident at the apartment complex.
Regrettably, the teenager sustained a severe gunshot wound to the chest and, tragically, succumbed to his injuries on-site, marking the unfortunate conclusion of the incident.
Fort Worth law enforcement has verified that the woman is actively collaborating with the investigation, and presently, no arrests have been conducted regarding the occurrence.
