This is a hilarious parody and political satire clip of Barack Obama’s official endorsement of former Vice President Joe Biden in his bid for the 2020 presidential election. It’s author is currently unknown, however, it was sent into us and his or her creativity shines right through. The video contains the words and image of Obama laying out why he believes Biden is the best man for the job. As he speaks, clips of Biden are mixed in, showcasing mainly the obvious decline in his cognitive ability.
