Influence of Big Tech on Elections: Don’t Count Anyone Out

Robert Epstein, a psychologist, professor, author, and journalist who earned his Ph.D. in psychology at Harvard University in 1981, and who was editor in chief of Psychology Today, a discusses how a handful of Silicon Valley billionaires and giant corporations are able to collectively and massively influence the results of elections and there’s no accountability whatsoever and that no one has any way of knowing if Google or Facebook or Twitter are using their platforms to sway elections. He also estimates that nearly 15 million votes could be on the line, swayed or shifted without people’s knowledge and without leaving a paper trail for authorities to trace.
