About the Community

Port St. Lucie began as a residential bedroom community but it has changed over the years to become a dynamic and diverse city, which is determined to keep pace with the times, without losing its quality of life. It still has a low density and affordable land with only 40% build-out. No wonder it has great appeal to business owners.
