According to authorities, on June 14, 2022, at approximately 6:35 am, a small grey and white Maltese dog was left abandoned locked inside a dog crate at a gas station located at 1554 Palm Beach lakes Blvd, in West Palm. The person responsible for abandoning the dog was seen on store surveillance camera inside and outside the store.

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is looking to locate a suspect they say is wanted for an incident of animal cruelty in West Palm Beach last month.

According to authorities, on June 14, 2022, at approximately 6:35 am, a small grey and white Maltese dog was left abandoned locked inside a dog crate at a gas station located at 1554 Palm Beach lakes Blvd, in West Palm. The person responsible for abandoning the dog was seen on store surveillance camera inside and outside the store.

The dog, as it was being found shown at left, is currently being cared for and kept at Barky Pines Animal Rescue (561) 402-1451.
