ST. JOHNS COUNTY, FL – The lakefront lifestyle community of Beacon Lake is celebrating the model grand opening of Beacon Lake’s newest builder, Toll Brothers. The grand opening event is Saturday and Sunday, February 13-14, and highlights Toll Brothers’ new, two-story, 3,152 square-foot, designer-decorated model home, Roseberry Elite.

While at the community, guests are invited to tour Dream Finders Homes’ three single-family models and three townhome models. Guests also are invited to experience an exclusive tour of Lake House, Beacon Lake’s resort-style Amenity and Fitness Center.
